What if I need to change my order?
This is not a problem! It is possible that the agreed price has to be adjusted in case of changes during an assignment. Increasing the price is only possible with your approval.
What does a full article consist of?
If you order an article from us, we make sure that the article is optimized in terms of readability and SEO score. In addition, we select a nice stock photo that you can place with the article and you will receive a proposed keyphrase, url, SEO title and meta description. All that's left is to cut and paste! Need help publishing an article? That is also possible.
Is it possible to deliver the article on the same day as the order?
Yes! Express deliveries are possible in most cases. You will then receive the item on average within 5 hours. An additional rate applies for rush orders. Please contact us for more information.
What if I am not satisfied?
Our articles are not cheap and this is due to the high level of creativity and authenticity. If you are not satisfied with the article, adjustments are made during the revision process. That way we guarantee 100% satisfaction by the time the final article is delivered.
Are you available on weekends?
No, we do not work during weekends and holidays. However, you can send us a message during these days. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an answer to your question or comment.
How do the payments work?
For custom orders, we will send you an invoice. You must pay this within 7 days. Did you order an item through the webshop? Then you can pay with iDeal, credit card or PayPal.
